1.  You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange if the product is non-conforming to your request (e.g., wrong design, color, or size).

2.  The product must be returned in excellent condition, just as you received it, with no signs of use, damage, or alterations.

If you meet the above conditions, please contact us within the specified timeframe, and we will assist you with the exchange process. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our unique, handcrafted designs!
